Marcus Randle, Program Coordinator, is a committee member of the HIV Prevention Planning Group for the City of Chicago Department of Public Health. He is a Certified Prevention Case Manager, a National Certified Recovery Specialist and a Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist. His duties include HIV Ora-Sure testing and counseling, HIV Ora-Quick testing and counseling, Hepatitis C Tester, Phlebotomy, Partner Counseling and Rerferral Services and is certified in cultural competency.
