General Overview
Mental Health Services: Assist clients and members of the community to cope with the emotional challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. These services also include family counseling and connection to support groups.
Housing Assistance: We offer referrals and assistance to clients seeking housing.
Prevention: These programs include outreach to the community. We offer prevention case management, work directly with at-risk individuals, HIV+ individuals and those struggling with chemical dependency. We emphasize and utilize a harm reduction model and offer a variety of risk reduction and support groups.
Outreach: Provided on-site and in target areas utilizing a converted van.
Hepatitis C, STD and HIV Testing: Offered in addition to other harm reduction services.
Workshops, Groups and Seminars: Are also scheduled at neighborhood organizations.
Carepoint is mobilized to accept limited resources. Through passionate perseverance and synergy, we turn them into creative solutions to the multiple problems facing our youth and adults.
